Job Title: Student Assistant Salary/Grade: $11.
30 - $12.
30 / hr Hours per week: Varies based on camp Duration of Appointment: Summer Months Job Summary: Summer Camp Assistant for Swimming and Diving Program, who will assist with camps, report to camp liaison daily on status of campers, schedules, and facilities.
Ensures a safe, healthy, and supervised environment for all youth participants.
Student will assist in the organization and orchestrating of a highly skilled camp while demonstrating high energy.
Essential Duties: - Duties possibly include coaching, development training, camp counselor.
- Being a great team player and able to work well with others.
Minimum Qualifications: - Stand/Walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to multi-task as well as work quickly and accurately.
- Knowledge of swiming, diving and/or a relevant background and experience in team participation, coaching, etc.
- Selected students must pass a fingerprinted state of Ohio criminal background check.
