**What you'll do:
**
Monthly close, generate and post journal entries.
Make adjustments according to monthly inventory, close books and generate monthly statements
Process and transmit Weekly Hourly Payroll
Daily invoicing and create manual invoices for the sale of scrap materials
Compute, verify, review and post production; close production orders and run daily production reports
Process/oversee/direct correct coding of accounts payable/purchase orders to ensure payments to correct vendors are charged toe the correct general ledger accounts
Assist with monthly inventories
Prepare/reconcile WIP and raw materials inventory on a monthly basis
Assist in the development of standard cost to ensure accurate product costs

Like to analyze account variances to identify trends and reporting issues
**What you'll need to have:
**
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Minimum five (5) years of related experience
Knowledge of standard cost accounting system
Knowledge of production reporting and inventory control
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Manufacturing Operating software)
